wholesale terms & conditions
We love spreading Tokki joy to new customers and having new shops join the Tokki family! Our Terms & Conditions are as follows:
- Minimum Order Value
For first time customers of Tokki the minimum order value is $250. Our minimum re-order value is $50.
- How to place a wholesale order
- Submit your order via our wholesale site at wholesale.tokki.com
- You must be a registered user to access pricing and product details. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on "Log In" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information. You can also find this link at tokki.com/wholesale.
- Call our customer service representative toll free (833) 468-6554.
- Please have the web site available when calling so that you can reference SKUs.
- Custom orders
We provide customized prints and sizes with a minimum order quantity of 2,000 units. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in designing your very own Tokki bags!
Products or goods purchased from Tokki can be sold at your preferred suggested retail price (MSRP). We will provide wholesale pricing and an MSRP, but allow you to adjust based on your store’s needs.
Returns must be made in writing directly to Head Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Tokki prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
Tokki accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and check payments.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
We suggest providing us tracking information on all check payments to ensure you are properly recorded as paid in our system.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged based on location of shipping and amount of invoice total, unless otherwise indicated by a sale via our website.
- Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Tokki at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
- Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and recorded in our ordering system. You will not be charged for out of stock goods that are not shipped in your order. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order, please inform us.
- Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time. We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
