We're Tokki, a company on a mission to ignite joy through gifting. We combine thoughtful technology with beautiful, reusable designs to make every gift unforgettable.
Back in 2019, our Founder Jane Park was staring at the piles of gift wrap filling her living room post-holiday season thinking “What the &^%$ am I supposed to do with all that?!” She was surprised when a quick online search revealed that most gift wrap is not recyclable. Just then she remembered how her grandmother in Korea used to wrap important gifts in reusable squares of silk. That’s when Tokki Gift Wrap was born—a beautiful, reusable alternative to traditional gift wrap. “Tokki” means rabbit in Korean, and we hope that our Tokki gifting sets will hop from friend to friend. But Jane didn’t stop there. She joined forces with her friend and tech genius Taylor Hoit, who shared her mission for transforming gifting.
We’re all about connection here at Tokki, and believe the best gifts make us feel seen. Traditional cards don’t cut it for us. We want to see, hear, and engage with the people we love—especially when giving or receiving a gift. That’s why Jane and Taylor invented the coolest, easiest, and most cost-effective way to make your gift truly unforgettable:

In both her personal and professional life, Jane is deeply committed to the idea of doing better each day. That’s why she starts companies. Before Tokki, she grew her brand Julep from a Seattle-based brick-and-mortar nail parlor into a beloved social beauty brand distributed nationally at Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta and QVC. Before that, she worked on innovation at Starbucks and consumer goods & retail at the Boston Consulting Group.
Jane melds her leadership experience and empathy to create an engaging and entrepreneurial culture at Tokki. Aside from Tokki, she is a nationally renowned speaker, mentor, writer, mom, wife, sister, girlfriend, daughter and aunt. Her favorite place is being underwater with turtles and her favorite writer is Juhmpa Lahiri.

Taylor self-started her career as a problem-solving technologist back when she was just fourteen, teaching herself CSS and HTML to add a leopard print background to her MySpace profile. Since then, Taylor has built a strong track record in creating unique and engaging customer experiences for countless known and beloved brands by creatively leveraging cutting-edge platforms and just making.it.happen.
Taylor’s adorable toddlers guest star regularly on our Tokki packaging and social media as well as our weekly Teams calls. While working with Jane at Julep, she moved back to Spokane where she grew up, and is the city’s most ardent unofficial ambassador. Taylor enjoys throwing out the rules to bring her unique vision to life, including designing every element of her dream home from scratch. She has been growing alongside her husband Jordan since high school and recently convinced him to join our team to run Tokki Operations.
